Is God doing something new in you?

New things can be both exciting and intimidating. Both seem to be true at the same time: for example, We look forward to new things yet we fear new things. And some of that is from experience. We have had “new” things come into our lives that have disrupted the flow of our lives and have resulted in loss: the death of loved ones, a car accident, a job loss, or even maybe that new sibling who took all of our parents’ attention! But other new things have been a blessing and a joy.

In this short 2-sermon series we will think about how God may be doing NEW THINGS in us and through us. We are cautious of seeking to do new things simply for the novelty, but are eager to partner with God's Spirit to work toward the renewal of our lives, our friends' lives, and the life of our community.
